Sales Policy We reserve the right to refuse sale to anyone, for any reason
or no apparent reason at all. Our rabbits are ours to sell or not to sell until we agree to let them go. If you can't live with this policy, please don't attempt to buy from us. Although I have not felt the need to decline a sale yet, I can easily foresee it happening if I feel someone has not thought their purchase through properly . Rabbits are a big responsibility particularly if you intend to breed them. If you have questions, contact us. We will be happy to e-mail back and forth or contact us one way or another to discuss it. Once you purchase a rabbit from us it is yours. We do not have a refund policy. If you decide for some reason that you no longer want your rabbit we will take it back but no refund will be issued and we ask you provide a cage and the remainder of current feed. If you have a problem with the rabbit in the first 48 hours, contact us, we will try to work things out. We do not ship rabbits and only deliver them locally or allow buyers to pick them up at a mutually agreed local location. We will deliver to local rabbit shows if we are already planning to attend. If we are not attending the show we may be able to arrange transport for you, the transporter may charge a fee and that is the buyer's responsibility. Once you have purchased a rabbit from us, you are welcome to call or contact us any time during normal business hours if you have questions, problems with your rabbit or anything rabbit related. If I don't know the answer I'll find it or steer you to someone who does. You may inquire on rabbits IN THE NESTBOX or FOR SALE as soon as they are posted. Rabbits IN THE NESTBOX are not available for deposit but you may ask them to be held until they are FOR SALE and old enough for a deposit. We will accept deposits on rabbits as early as 4 weeks, although the rabbit’s sex may be unknown. Rabbits will NOT be sold before 8 weeks*, for their health and SC state law. Some rabbits may not be available until 12 weeks. We may HOLD a rabbit for up to 1 week while making arrangements for deposits, after 1 week the rabbit will come off HOLD and will be made available again. We generally require a non-refundable deposit of up to 50% of the full purchase price to RESERVE a rabbit. We accept deposits as cash, check or money order and now accepting paypal. Deposits are generally non-refundable due to the number of people asking for rabbits to be held and then never showing up for them once they are ready resulting in lost sales. Deposits will only be refunded if we decide not to sell the rabbit or if the rabbit dies while under our care. If you change your mind then you forfeit your deposit. Balances must be paid in cash and in full to receive your rabbit. *A rabbit may be sold prior to 8 weeks if it is being used for food but at this time we do not sell rabbits for food. **If a rabbit is on HOLD or RESERVE, you can still put in a request to purchase the rabbit. If the deposit is NOT received or the rabbit is NOT picked up by the time it's suppose to be, then the next person on the list will be contacted for purchase.** |
